  • Education: BS in Industrial Engineering 10 professional certification. Trained in Toyota and was mentored by Shingo.
  • Professional Certification’s: Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Certified Project Management Professional. Certified Kaizen Facilitator. Change Management Specialist. 1 of 15 recognized by Toyota as a Lean Samurai for my 25+ years of dedication to the trade of continuous improvement.
  • Training: John brings a full set of Lean Six Sigma Curriculums at all levels (White Belt, Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, Master Black Belt, Project Sponsor, Deployment Champion, Executive Leader, Kaizen Facilitator, – over 100 modules cover all Lean and Six Sigma topics, using Excel tools, value stream maps and related modeling tools, ability to deliver training in simple terms.
  • Coaching: Strong leadership, team effectiveness and team building skills (1:1, Small Teams (Rapid Continuous improvements, 91 Lean Master Black Belts delivering culture change and improvement across many different organizations and companies.
